We follow those we feel we can trust. Most of that "feeling" is based on the non verbal communication
More than 90% of the message is conveyed by non-verbal means. What makes an alpha leader? How do know who he is? Why do you feel you can trust one person rather than another- its about this "feeling", which originates in our "emotional" brain area.
Having bought hundreds of packs for my students is not enough. They simply keep asking for more. Recognizing physiological signs is an important part for the study and practice of NLP.
